Après by Aluel was so busy, lively, and loved that we decided to keep it going. Instead of closing after the Olympics, the concept is now a permanent part of Aluel Cellars.

A Rotating Wine Bar Exploring the World
Après by Aluel is more than just a wine bar — it’s an ongoing wine tour.
Instead of a fixed list, we explore different wine regions from around the world, rotating them throughout the year. The concept changes gradually, just like the seasons, giving you new wines and new discoveries every time you visit.
A New Limited-Edition Theme Begins Today
Our journey around the wine world continues, and starting 7/16 - we’re heading to Argentina!
For the next five weeks only, Après by Aluel will be showcasing the wines that make Argentina one of the world’s most exciting wine destinations. While the country is best known for rich, expressive Malbec, it also produces fantastic Cabernet Sauvignon and Torrontés—Argentina’s signature aromatic white wine.
And the timing couldn’t be better. Argentina has advanced to the World Cup final and is looking to repeat as champion. We’ll be celebrating the excitement, but at Après, the wine remains the star of the show.

Throughout this limited-edition theme, you’ll find a rotating selection of Argentine wines available by the glass, including:
Classic Argentine Malbec
Bold Cabernet Sauvignon
Fresh and floral Torrontés
Wines from several producers and growing regions

Whether you already love Argentine wine or have only tried Malbec, this is an easy and approachable way to discover more.
