Après by Aluel was so busy, lively, and loved that we decided to keep it going. Instead of closing after the Olympics, the concept is now a permanent part of Aluel Cellars.

Après by Aluel is more than just a wine bar — it’s an ongoing wine tour.
Instead of a fixed list, we’ll explore different wine regions from around the world, rotating them throughout the year. The concept changes gradually, just like the seasons, giving you new wines and new discoveries every time you visit.

Wine Tasting in Seattle — But More Fun
Unlike traditional tastings, Après is casual and constantly changing.
One week you might discover a new Italian white you’ve never heard of.
Another week you may fall in love with a small producer red.
That sense of discovery is what makes the space exciting — even for regulars.
And yes, there will always be great wines open.
