Join us as we bid a fond, sparkling farewell to the holidays with one last night of bubbles, cheer, and playful ceremony. This reception-style open house marks the final evening of our Holiday Champagne Bar, and we’re going out properly.
We’re calling it a Christmas Funeral—a lighthearted send-off to the twinkle lights, tinsel, and festive excess. The room will be transformed with moodier lighting and a more “mournful” glow, setting the stage for an evening that playfully lays the season to rest. Expect themed specials, drinks, and moments throughout the night—all inspired by our very cheerful goodbye to Christmas.

What to Expect
Closing-night specials on glass pours and bottles (including great take-home pricing)
A fun, open-house atmosphere from 5–9 PM
A playful dress encouragement: black, sparkles, or holiday leftovers welcome—but totally optional
A Final Toast at 8 PM, followed by our raffle drawing
Raffle & Prizes
Every glass poured earns you a raffle entry—higher-end wines earn two entries. We’ll be drawing for prizes and swag throughout the night, including a $50 Aluel Cellars gift card, good at any of our locations.
A Proper Farewell (Yes, Really)
As part of our closing rituals, we’ll gather near last call to lay our gingerbread man piñata to rest. Candy canes will be provided so everyone can say goodbye in the only appropriate way—by sending it off like any piñata deserves. It’s silly, it’s cathartic, and it’s the final punctuation mark on the season. Don’t miss it.
Dry (or Mostly Dry) January Friendly
Not drinking—or pacing yourself? We’ll have a non-alcoholic wine option available so everyone can participate in the fun, toast the season, and enjoy the night.
